An unusual compact vintage three tier, five compartment cantilevered sewing box, likely dating from the 1970’s. The compartments are held in place by a wooden dowel, located on one edge, to create a hinge. The compartments are then swung outwards on the axis, to open. The box has a bentwood handle. It’s in good vintage condition, with appropriate usage marks and wear. Surface marks on bentwood handle. Dimensions are : Length 28cm x width 14cm x height 24cm inclusive of carry handle.
