A solid pine box, dating from the first half of the 20th century. Nailed butt joints. Original lock still in-place to the face. No key available. Second half of the locking mechanism missing from the lid. Hinged lid, with original brass hinges. There is also a chain attached to the inside of the lid, that supports the lid when it is open.
