Vintage Sommerso red white and clear glass tricorn

A striking red, white and clear art glass tricorn sculpture. It has layered white and red glass encased in clear glass in a Sommerso style. It is the epitome of effortless cool with the bright block colours and sinuous shape. It could be used to store napkins or papers in, but personally I love the look of it on it's own. It would be a finishing touch to a mid century living room or red decor bedroom. It is unsigned, however this piece is likely to be Scandinavian. This is a vintage item and so may show signs of its previous life. There are some nibbles around the base where this piece has been moved around. There are also two 2mm chips, one on the point and one on a side. None of this detracts from the piece. Please see photos for details.
